The Project Management team is looking for entry level experienced individuals for a Customer Service / Order Entry role that are detailed oriented, hardworking and responsible.  The individual must be capable of multi-tasking and taking direction from their team leader.  The qualified candidate will be responsible for providing professional and efficient customer service.

Overall Responsibilities

  • Provides timely resolution of customer complaints, concerns, and inquiries
  • Prepares reports and correspondence as needed
  • Interact with customers, engineers, etc. as required 
  • Prepare submittals for the products ADE represents 
  • Release orders
  • Prepare change orders when required
  • Manage budget and ensure the correct products are being ordered and shipped
  • Track deliverables
  • Evaluate and assess result of project

Education & Experience

  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management 
  • PC experience is required - MS Office, Outlook, Bluebeam (preferred)
